For vehicles whose registration place is not in the Customs Union, a temporary entry declaration of the vehicle is required when traveling to Eastern countries.

In order for the vehicle to enter the Customs Union, a temporary entry declaration is required for the vehicle. Temporary entry is not required for vehicles registered in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
